Every Mont Valier formula is developed and produced in Italy by PDT Cosmetici Srl, a vertically integrated manufacturer founded in Putignano, in the province of Bari, in 1996. PDT manages research, formulation, production, quality control, packaging and regulatory compliance in-house.

Are Mont Valier products dermatologically tested?

Yes. Every product in the collection is dermatologically tested, and the Retinol Concentrate Serum, Brightening Eye Cream, Antioxidant Moisturizing Cream, Hyaluronic Acid Concentrate Serum and Soothing and Brightening Licorice Serum are tested on sensitive skin.

Are Mont Valier products vegan?

How natural are the formulas?

Why can skin still look dehydrated even when a moisturizer is being used?

Skin dehydration is not always the same as a lack of oil. Hyaluronic Acid Concentrate Serum combines multiple forms of hyaluronic acid and glycosaminoglycans to help retain water and improve the look of dehydration lines, while Refreshing and Hydrating Solution can be used beforehand to reinforce hydration throughout the routine.

Can the appearance of pores be improved without over-drying the skin?

The goal is not to “close” pores, but to keep them clean and reduce excess sebum. Pore Clarifying Cleanser uses white and red clays to absorb impurities and excess oil, while Rosa Centifolia water provides toning and astringent benefits for a more refined-looking complexion.

What is the difference between Retinyl Palmitate and Retinol?

Retinyl Palmitate is a vitamin A derivative that requires more conversion steps in the skin than Retinol and is generally milder. Mont Valier’s Retinol Concentrate Serum, formulated with 0.6% retinyl palmitate, is designed to improve the appearance of wrinkles, uneven pigmentation, and skin texture with gradual use.

How often should the retinol serum be used?

Apply the Retinol Concentrate Serum to the face in the evening, gently patting until fully absorbed. Limit use to three times per week, adjusting frequency based on your skin's response.

Why is sunscreen important when using Retinyl Palmitate?

Vitamin A routines are best paired with consistent daytime UV protection. Retinol Concentrate Serum is intended for evening use, up to three times per week, and morning sunscreen is essential. It is not recommended for sensitive or reactive skin.
